Lake Region Storage in St. Paul is our newest facility in the Twin Cities. Conveniently located just off of University Avenue on Vandalia Street, our facility features 621 units and a large indoor heated area for loading and unloading your items.

Climate-Controlled Units - Our climate-controlled units are heated in the cool winter months and air conditioned and dehumidified in the warm summer months to keep your belongings safe and dry and out of your way.

Heated Units - Our heated units feature forced air heat during the winter, maintaining a temperature above 55 degrees. These oversized units are perfect for contractors or businesses with large equipment that should not be exposed to the cold Minnesota winter temperatures.

Outdoor Vehicle Storage - The outdoor area for economical boat and vehicle storage is paved and accessible through a locked gate with secure keypad entry.

Serious Security - Our St. Paul location has a state-of-the art security system that features door alarms on each unit, video surveillance and gated keypad access that requires everyone to have a personal PIN number. Motion sensors throughout the facility set off digital surveillance equipment that monitors and records the movement of everyone who enters the site. An on-site manager is available to address questions and problems during business hours.
