Temperature-controlled and Heated Units – At Lake Region Storage, we have storage units available in a variety of sizes that are ideal for some of those cherished belongings that you need to keep but that you rarely use. This includes items like old tax or business records, projects that your kids made when they were young, furniture, belongings handed down through your family, and baby clothes.

Temperature-controlled units are regulated to maintain a temperature between 55-75 degrees year-round, and humidity below 60%.

Heated units have in-floor radiant heat in Duluth and forced air heat in Brainerd, maintaining a temperature above 55 degrees.

Cold Storage Units– At our Brainerd facility, we also have storage for those items that can be exposed to winter temperatures. These storage units are perfect for storing seasonal belongings, like holiday decorations, patio furniture, snow blowers, lawn and garden equipment, bikes, boats, RVs, snowmobiles, pool toys, etc. These things can rob you of considerable space and can easily be stored elsewhere during the off-season.

When it comes time to exchange your winter belongings for your summer things, we have trailers for rent and we’ll pick up and deliver loaded trailers if you need help.
