Lake Region Storage in Duluth is like no other storage facility in the region.
Conveniently located just five minutes south of downtown Duluth off Interstate
35, our facility features 695 units within two 2-story buildings.
A Variety of Sizes
With units from approximately 5-by-10 feet to 24-by-55 feet, we can accommodate all your storage needs. Heated and
climate-controlled units give you many options when storing everything from
important documents to boats, vehicles and contractor equipment. Our facility
features indoor, drive-through aisles, paved surfaces, year-round maintenance
and a special indoor area for loading and unloading.
Heated Storage Units
The first-floor units feature in-floor radiant
heat during the winter, maintaining a temperature above 55 degrees. Some larger
units have access from outside AND inside. Others allow you to drive inside and
right up to the unit for additional security and to protect you from inclement
weather.
Climate-Controlled Storage Units
The second-floor units feature forced air heat and air conditioning to help prevent mold and mildew. Indoor service elevators provide easy access to the second floor.
Serious Security
Our Duluth location has a state-of-the art
security system that features door alarms on each unit, video surveillance and
gated keypad access that requires everyone to have a personal PIN number.
Motion sensors throughout the facility set off digital surveillance equipment
that monitors and records the movement of everyone who enters the site. An
on-site manager is available to address questions and problems during business
hours.

At Lake Region Storage, we go the

That's why we offer free use of a 6-by-12 foot enclosed courtesy trailer when
you move your belongings in. We also have:

locks, boxes, tape and other packing supplies.
