Temperature-controlled Units – We have temperature-controlled units available in a variety of sizes for items that are sensitive to temperature extremes and high humidity, such as old business records, files, computer equipment, certain supplies and store inventory, etc. These units provide optimum conditions to keep your business items free of mold and mildew. In fact, Lake Region Storage is the only archival quality temperature-controlled document storage facility in the Duluth and Brainerd areas.

Cold and Heated Units – Certain equipment, furniture, inventory, supplies and fixtures may not need a constant temperature and humidity control. For those items, we have cold storage and heated units available in a variety of sizes, which are also good for seasonal equipment, such as snow removal, and lawn and garden equipment. (Cold storage available at Brainerd Location only.)

Oversized Units – Our oversized units are great for contractors who need to keep their equipment out of the weather or off their personal property. If you rely on your construction equipment for your livelihood, you want to keep it safe and out of the weather. Both our storage facilities are conveniently located, making it quick and easy for you to access your supplies, materials and equipment.

Business Services – We also offer office-type help, such as full drop shipment services (Federal Express, UPS, etc.). We’ll send and receive faxes and accept and store special deliveries for you while you’re out serving your customers.
