Lake Region Storage is the premier storage facility in the Brainerd Lakes Area. Our 415 units vary in size to accommodate all your storage needs, starting as small as 5-by-10 feet up to approximately 12-by-60 feet, large enough to fit RVs, boats and other vehicles. You also have a choice between cold storage, heated units and temperature-controlled units, which maintain a constant temperature and low humidity.

Cold Storage – These units are ideal to store items that aren’t sensitive to extreme winter and summer temperatures. Our RV and boat building has garage doors tall and wide enough to accommodate RVs, boats, cars, etc. Some units can be accessed by driving into an enclosed area, out of the elements and right up to the door.

Heated Units – Items that are sensitive to extreme cold temperatures can be protected in our large heated units, which have garage doors 10 feet wide and 10-12 feet high. These units are perfect for contractors who need extra storage space for equipment, materials and supplies.

Temperature-controlled Units – If you have items that require a constant temperature and low humidity, our temperature-controlled units are for you. These units stay between 55-70 degrees and the humidity is always below 60 percent, which prevents mold and mildew and is great for storing valuable inventory, important records, clothes, electronics, etc.

Serious Security – Our Brainerd location has a state-of-the art security system that features door alarms on each unit, video surveillance and gated keypad access that requires everyone to have a personal PIN number. Motion sensors throughout the facility set off digital surveillance equipment that monitors and records the movement of everyone who enters and exits the site. An on-site manager is available to address questions and problems during business hours.

Sheltered Access – Lake Region Storage is well-lit and paved throughout. Most storage units have either covered drive-through access or enclosed heated access, giving you a roof over your head when you’re loading and unloading your belongings, and protecting you from inclement weather conditions. Our facility is well-maintained year round by our on site managers.
